People First commitment is to become more than just a service provider; our ambition is to be a trustworthy and knowledgeable advisor, partner and friend.
To achieve this goal, we organized the company in three divisions -Talent, Intelligence and Reputation - with the mission to
"Ensure that every individual and organization have access to resources, tools and know-how to realize their full potential, with respect to the environment and the society"

 

Talent: Years of filed practice and previous experience has shown that to reach objectives and compete effectively, organizations must have the right Talent at the right place. People First Talent Division will help locate the right people and fit them in the proper environment, or manage part or the entire Recruitment Function - from job profiling to on-boarding new hires, if requested. This may include:

• Middle-Top management search and placements
• Develop human resources systems and policies
• Manage career development and succession planning
• Create recognition and reward systems

 

Intelligence: Regardless of sector, size, structure or maturity, successful organizations are aware of their key strengths and the areas in which improvement can be made. They also base their strategic decisions on accurate market and other data and information rather than on assumptions.
Being a member of the European Foundation for Quality Management, People First will open the way to achieving Excellence in Business for the companies operating in the Romanian market. Based on the Model introduced by EFQM in the early 90's, the Intelligence division will help review the management of the organization, identify key strengths and areas for improvement and compare with best in class organizations in Europe. During an assessment project, consultants from the Intelligence division will take into account the nine criteria on which the EFQM Excellence Model is based: Leadership, Policy and Strategy, People, Partnerships and Resources, Processes, Customer results, People Results, Society Results, Key Performance Results.

In adition, to achieve results that delight the organization's stakeholders and create sustainable customer value, People First will also provide market data and intelligence, which is retrieved from ongoing market research conducted by our close strategic partner on our behalf, and analyzed by our people.

 

Reputation: The reputation of a company or the way the company is perceived by the market can play a critical role for the future of the organization. It is widely accepted that organizations with good reputation as an employer can attract and retain the right people easier in contrast with their competitors. Also, it becomes more and more visible that stakeholders' expectations have changed and today go beyond the operational framework. More stakeholder groups are increasingly interested for the impact of the company they collaborate with or invest at, on the society, people and the environment.
Acknowledging that this is a very important business matter, People First teamed up with some of the best consultants in the European market to help client companies build reputation as good employers and/or as socially responsible companies. This is far beyond advertising or promotion. It is about the development of environment, corporate governance, society, workplace and market place programs to support good reputation and about creating the appropriate reporting on those initiatives.
