Yiannis Lagos dream is to help individuals and organizations unleash their potential and reach their goals. With this in mind, he moved out of the banking sector in 2002 in search of new methods, tools and knowledge related to his mission.

In late 2002, he started Promacon LTD, to become the footstep of NIIT India (National Institute of Information Technology) in South Eastern Europe, one of the premier companies in pedagogy, IT and development globally. He participated in numerous international projects targeted to accelerate business development through people and performed company wide or departmental restructurings for a number of the Top 200 companies.

In 2004, as member of the international team of JCI, he started the restructuring of the organization in one hundred and forty countries. In 2005, he was promoted to International Vice President and a year later to Global Executive Vice President and CEO for Europe.

Yiannis entered Romania in 2006 for a project on Behalf of Wilson Learning International. Following, he was assigned the restructuring of Elmec Romania and in this respect he designed the strategy and overviewed the implementation by leading the operations of Human Capital, Customer Service, Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications.

In his professional carrier, Yiannis held the positions of Retail Banking Officer of Alpha Bank Greece, International Business Development Manager of IKRP, Global Executive Vice-President and CEO for Europe of JCI, the worldwide economic chamber of commerce, Special Advisor at the Greek Ministry of Education -Secretariat for Youth and General Manager at Wilson Learning. Yiannis' business experience also includes 12 years of training in Leadership, Personal Development, Business Operations in Multicultural Environments and Executive Coaching.

His studies include a college degree in Information Technology, a Bachelor's in System Analysis and a Master's in Business Administration. He also holds a diploma in International Business and Management of NGOs. An entrepreneur himself, Yiannis is the Managing Partner of People First and he currently holds the position of Executive Director of the mother company, Global Eye Investments.

Yiannis is fond of photography, tennis, cinema and traveling. He is married to Eleni and father of Iasson and Nefeli.
