Irina Ivan holds a University degree in Communication and Public Relations and has a five years professional experience in Customer Relations Management, Media Monitoring and Communication fields. 

For  two years, she has been providing consultancy for the customers of a leading French Telecommunications company within one of the first projects of Customer Care services outsourcing in Romania.

Irina developed strong analytical skills and attention for details during her activity within Media Image Group, where she was in charge of preparing the press monitoring reports for leading Romanian companies in Energy and Retail areas. In 2007, Irina joined the Human Capital team of Elmec Romania, as an Internal Communication specialist and she is currently a member of People First's Reputation Division.
