People First Company has its starting point back in 2006, when the founding team was assigned to restructure one of the leading fashion and sportswear companies in the Romanian market. The initiative started with an internal program called "People First". The goal of the program was to turn a management focused company into a People Centric organization with people in the heart of all strategies.

When the program started, the Company was facing several operational and strategic drawbacks. "People First" program was developed and implemented with the mission for the company to become the First Choice of People and to:

Help colleagues reach their highest potential and love their job

Be a trustworthy partner

The founding pillars of the new organizational culture were set. The program concluded successfully two years later and with recognition from all stakeholders.

With this in mind and considering the needs of the companies in Romania for trustworthy solutions related to their human capital and other business areas, a decision to make the know-how and the benefits of "People First" concept available to everyone was taken.
