Bogdan Bulacu holds the position of Financial Officer within Global Eye Investments, the group People First is also a part of. Since the end of 2007, Bogdan assists the group's companies with his experience and expertise in the financial domain. Bogdan is responsible for the selection process of the company‘s investments, for the profitability and cash flow and for the preparation and coordination of the company's budgets, policies and procedures.

In his professional carrier he held the positions of Finance Manager at Pipelife Romania and Microsoft Romania and those of Senior Auditor and Chartered Accountant Consultant at KPMG Romania. Bogdan is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Finance, Banks, Insurance and Stock Exchange and has participated in numerous personal development programs like IAS, ACCA, tax courses etc.
