Alexandra Popa
Alexandra Popa is a senior professional with a 7 years business experience in different fields like journalism, hospitality and retail industries, having roles like Executive Director and Customer Service Manager. Alexandra is a certified trainer and, due to her management experience, she led large teams and also project based teams.
One of her major professional achievements was the creation and successful implementation of a customer focused culture (instead of the old existing management focused culture) through strategic policies and procedures. The base of this success was changing human attitudes through leading by example, orienting people towards people and proving that human attitudes make the difference in any business one may lead. She prepared and delivered trainings in Customer Service and Communication for ~ 550 persons in Hospitality industry and Retail Industry. Alexandra has a degree in Foreign Languages within Lucian Blaga University and she has participated in trainings like: Hospitality Skills, Customer Service, Emotional Intelligence.
