Adina Radu's experience in Human Resources started 3 years ago when she joined the teambuilding department of a training company. She continued with the position of Training & Development Coordinator in Elmec Romania and currently she is a member of People First' Reputation Division. Within her activity Adina coordinated and delivered various organizational events, training and CSR projects.

Adina holds a degree in Marketing and is currently finalizing a master in Managerial Communication & Human Resources Management. She graduated the JCI Media& Communication Master Class and has attended trainings in Sales & Negotiations Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Body Language and Customer Service.
