People First will be a partner in the 3^rd edition of "How Much Money Can Your Company Gain from Good HR Management" conference, organized by Ziarul Financiar on March 19^th, 2008.

The conference is one of the biggest HR events of the year, aiming at carrying out an in-depth analysis of the Romanian HR market, over one year after joining EU, debating the problems the HR experts face and offering excellent networking opportunities. 

The event will gather the best professionals on the Romanian workforce market, including executive managers and corporate chairmen, human resources and development managers, representatives of consulting and recruitment companies, providers of HR business solutions in the academic environment. The debates and the presentations will be organized in two plenary sessions and two panels. People First will participate to this event in the first plenary session - "Romanian businesses, face to face with workforce shortage"- and in the first panel - "What does a CEO want from the HR manager?".
