People First became an EFQM member

People First became one of the eight Romanian member companies of the European Foundation for Quality Management.

EFQM is a non-for-profit foundation, comprising over 700 organizations of various size and from various fields,  that spent more than 20 years sharing what works between the member companies, as a way to help them implement the best strategies. In the early 90's, EFQM proposed an Excellence Model based on the premise that :" Excellent results with respect to Performance, Customers, People and Society are achieved through Leadership driving Policy and Strategy, that is delivered through People, Partnerships and Resources and Processes."

Our EFQM membership is an expression of our commitment to excel on the market we operate in - HR and Management Consultancy - and to constantly improve our services thanks to the access to the best practices in Business Excellence that EFQM provides. Being certificated to conduct management assessments according to the EFQM Model criteria, People First opens the way for other companies in Romania to benchmark with the best practices in Business Excellence.
